Like you, I’ve been on a healing journey. it’s been a lot, it’s been intense, but it has also been incredibly empowering. Through the process, I have learned so much, and ultimately, that’s why I am here, offering these services.

My journey has led me over the past 35 years to study with many different teachers, and to receive many different degrees, certifications and initiations. Along with my BS in Nursing from Sonoma State University, California, I am also a qualified functional nutritionist, holistic lifestyle coach, master herbalist, medicine woman, shamanic practitioner, massage therapist, astrologer, akashic records reader and oracle.

It has been an incredible adventure to learn and practice these healing arts, and to witness their power in my own life, to experience my own healing, growth and empowerment through it all. I am eternally grateful for all of it… literally every single thing that has brought me to where I am today, with the ability to share this knowledge and wisdom with you, to support you in your journey of healing, growth and empowerment.
